Warsaw “hosts” the Alternative Tourism of Greece

During the Workshop “1st Greek Alternative Tourism in Warsaw 2019”, the Greek delegates will meet up for 3-4 hours with the Dutch travel agents and tour operators, in B2B meetings. In addition, at the same venue, 2-3 short speeches will take place in a specially formed podium.

The 1st Greek Alternative Tourism in Warsaw is addressed to Greek Private Companies and Public Sector Organizations which are interested to penetrate and reinforce their presence by promoting their products and services regarding alternative tourism, to international growing markets.

WARSAW/POLAND

Warsaw is the capital and the largest city of Poland. The metropolis stands on the Vistula river in east-central Poland. It’s the 8th most populous capital in the European Union and a major international tourist destination and a significant cultural, political and economic hub. Its historical old town was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

FORTECA- KREGLICCY

The fort had to guard the citadel from the side of New Town and also to defend the seasonal bridge over the Vistula River. Since 1965 it is listed as a monument and since 1999 it is owned by the Kręglicki family and used for a wide variety of events. Its distance is 14,6 km far from Chopin Airport and 36 from Modlin Airport of Warsaw.

GNTO

The Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) is a Public Entity supervised by the Ministry of Tourism. Since 1950, the GNTO constitutes the ruling state agency for the tourism sector. Its main mission is the organization, development and promotion of tourism in Greece through the exploitation of Greece's tourism activities at a local and international level.

THE GREEK-POLISH ASSOCIATION
